Tri City Development:  A Phoenix based development firm, which RST provided ALTA surveys of holdings in Northern Yavapai County.  RST acted as the local representative for Tri City in dealing with agency review.  RST performed ALTA surveys for over 16,000 acres to be annexed by the City of Prescott, Town of Prescott Valley, and the Town of Chino Valley.

Arizona Department of Transportation:  RST Land Surveying, Inc. is the surveyor in charge for all construction, engineering surveys, and right-of-way surveys for the Design Build for SR51 - Piestiewa Peak Freeway I-10 to Shea Blvd. 

Edward Kraemer and Sons. RST recently completed the construction staking for the Price Freeway-Santan traffic interchange. This included staking bridges, pump stations, concrete channels and box culverts, PCCP paving, curbs, pipes and catch basins, fencing and other infrastructure associated with a project of this type. We are currently under contract with Edward Kraemer and Sons on two other projects.

Pulice Construction. RST has provided construction staking for Pulice Construction on the SR51 Bell Rd to 101L including the traffic interchange, 8 miles of Highway 60 widening in Surprise, and the 202L from I-10 to the Santan-Price Freeway traffic interchange. We are currently under contract with Pulice Construction on two other phases of the 202L corridor.

Town of Prescott Valley GIS Mapping Update RST Land Surveying, Inc. has provided in conjunction with Vertical Mapping Resources, ground control and permanent monumentation for the aerial mapping update.  255 panels were placed along with 15 permanent reference monuments.  This data was acquired to a survey level of accuracy as part of the Towns existing Reference network.  RST Land Surveying, Inc. has provided data acquisition updates for the Town of Prescott Valley GIS facilities management. 

Westcor Development RST Land Surveying, Inc. has provided boundary and topographic survey as well as construction layout for Westcor throughout the construction of the Prescott Gateway Mall and its supplemental pad leases. 

Town of Prescott Valley GIS Storm Water Implementation RST Land Surveying, Inc. has provided data acquisition and GIS attribution for the Town of Prescott Valley GIS facilities management.  This data was acquired to a survey level of accuracy as part of the Towns existing Reference network.  The data is used in creating the new Storm Water management layer within the Towns existing GIS.

Vistoso Partners, Vanderbilt Farms:  A Chandler based Development Company, which RST Land Surveying, Inc. has provided ALTA Surveys of holdings throughout the state.  RST Land Surveying, Inc. has acted as local representative during the course of the projects providing survey services from project conception to final layout.  RST has completed ALTA surveys for over 6,000 acres in Central Arizona for this client.

City of Prescott Parks and Recreation Peavine Trail:  RST Land Surveying, Inc.  developed the historical boundaries of 19 miles of the Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way now owned by the City of Prescott.  RST Land Surveying, Inc. is in the process of monumenting specific portions of this right-of-way where it crosses public roadways.
