Thomas A. Liuzzo, R.L.S., principal surveyor, has over 17 years experience in the Surveying, Engineering, Mapping, and the Construction industry.  He has spent 10 of those 17 years developing relationships in the state of Arizona.  Mr. Liuzzo is a licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona and Nevada and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics and GIS with a minor in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.

Karey Rowley, P.L.S., principal surveyor, has over 17 years experience with 11 years in Utah, and 6 in Arizona.  Mr. Rowley's background in Global Positioning makes him one of the leaders in this field in the Western United States.  Mr. Rowley is a licensed Land Surveyor in Utah.  He has also been instrumental in the development of control networks throughout the southwest working with municipalities and government agencies such as the Arizona Department of Transportation and the Utah Department of Transportation.

 The 17 years of industry experience that Mr. Rowley has allows him to excell in a role as company leader while having the ability to work side by side with RST personnel. He has spent the last 17 years perfecting his skills in the use of GPS. Today he passes that knowledge onto RST personnel in order to provide a legacy to the industry. Having obtained his pilot's license in 2006, and having almost 300 hours of flight experience, he will undoubledly pursue flying with the same passion he has used in the pursuit of GPS Surveying.
